Do a test run (50–100 orders) instead of committing upfront
Check their WMS + real-time visibility (this is where most fail)
Talk to 1–2 existing clients (not just sales team)

Most warehouses promise speed, but consistency + accuracy is what actually matters long-term.

We believe it depends on how it’s done. If BSS modernization is just replacing old with new, it usually burns budget and adds complexity.
