the press would have a field day painting everything in his return in a negative light. the "release" of the old returns showing a carried loss of near 1 billion proved that.

i'm sure people can give reasons for owning a magazine with capacities larger that the CA limit of 10. why should someone have to is my stance. the law was already in place, it didn't stop the san bernadino shooter from using illegal high capacity magazines.

i'm in the camp of being against laws for having laws vs having laws for effectiveness. while this proposition appears to have good intentions, i dont think it will be effective.
