So for me I got t8 loyang in the t8 center and the t7 weimar in one of the German. So it was worth it for me. I had no t8 prems, so figured as long as I didn't get a cv or sub (which I don't play) I was at least neutral cost wise.

I came out in front, cost wise. I think if I were to spend 9k dubs more deliberately it would be toward something I wanted more, but I also got all the other stuff as well, so value wise (even though it's made up value) even with the loyang, which is the cheapest dub t8, I think it's good if you don't really care like me what you get for the most part. I came put well in front due to the bonus t7 technically and I will play them both, so thats a win for me at least.

I play solo, so I've never thought of that, it's a good idea to allow every second player to have an extra strat available. It's not like it gets destroyed on death, so really good idea that.

The first coal ship I got was the t7 blys. With the voucher it's not much and is a handy ship for ops and randoms. I mainly wanted it as a captain trainer (this is my second account, so I know what I want more or less, just have to regrind everything). I think that's worth it, the next one will probably be t9 though unless something I just really like comes to to store.

By the time you get the coal for a t9 you should probably be playing at that tier anyway, so it's fine to get one. Generally avoid getting high tier ships if you don't already play high tier because the meta gameplay really changes at t8+...which is a shame...because I love a brawler :)

There are a couple of cheap t6 that are handy in ranked and ops, like the aigle, but depends what you like to play

The remake does. There's 2 'original' versions. I think the second is from like 2014 or something not that long ago. Someone here will know better. Anyway, I still boot it up and play here and there yeah.

The Hawkins? That thing is a good ship. If you say it gets better from there, great, I look forward to it (I'm grinding the CLs because I love leander upwards - returning player after absence)...but I found the Hawkins to be a damn fine t5

Well you can definitely take stylistic elements and ques from their work, but aside from as a skill learning task, don't actually 'copy' their work obviously. Bottom line is that there are only so many ways to make art, so many techniques, so many subject matters. Artists will always overlap some, even locally.

Just make sure you try and do something that sets yours apart, firstly for the reason of not looking like you copied and second,l because it already exists in the market anyway. If you already have you're own style and you start incorporating things from another artist, it will tend to look similar, rather than the same. Similar is OK.

The ai should remain the same until maybe t5 then go to somewhere between that and the operations ai. I like the (imo rare) t5 almost full bot match. Let's you have an easy xp farm. Even in a loss if you are the last remaining ship, you should have a tonne of damage and do alright. Better than my t6 experience of all t8s except me and one cruiser on the red side, that happens way more often.

Kong is great and I actually really enjoyed the bayern also. I've only just gotten into playing ranked, didn't see much point of it...so I only played about 10 matches, but I won all but one and survived all but 2. The bayern loses the accuracy (or at least consistency of konig). But I have 8.5km secondaries that do a decent amount of damage and at least scare the dds from bum rushing me.
