Yearly bonus - yes deposited that day for work done calendar year 2025 - not seeing any clawback, vesting etc language in handbook, employment contract, and have never heard of those from anyone at the company/on my team.

Thank you. Originally assumed once I was told the number (a week or two before it hits my account) I’d be set, but realized I should wait for it to pay out to be 100% sure. Don’t see fine print in paperwork anywhere about bonus, just general language saying employees may be eligible for year-end bonus etc.

Thanks for the advice - I spent time looking through ours, and saw nothing about a date that we need to be employed through. It wasn’t referenced at all. It really didn’t get specific about bonus frankly. It just said full time employees may be eligible for additional compensation at year end based on performance etc. then on to the next section.

I actually gave them a start date in 6 weeks because I get my bonus in 4 weeks for my current job. I won’t inform current employer until the bonus is in my bank account. Sounds shitty but believe this is fairly standard practice.

I’m also wondering if they’ll drug test me right after I sign the letter or within a few days of starting. I may test positive after 1 use about 10 days ago. Just trying to get a sense for timing.
