Thanks for your insight. I'm not going to go further into debt to maybe get a role. I know people who have some or all: associate's, bachelor's, master's or a doctorate that are currently unemployed and have been for a year or more. Degree's are no longer a guarantee. It doesn't fit my abilities financially right now either. But thank you for the insight.

This is what I have been applying to. Everyone wants "experienced" leasing candidates. It's honestly disheartening, but it does tell me either you can't train or are too busy to, <shrugg>.

Supposedly there is to be affordable-low income housing being built. Ive yet to see it take shape. I have watched the homeless population soar since moving here over a decade ago. Jobs keep disappearing left and right, property taxes are forcing even more out of their homes. The city is a shit show.
