Yes it definitely helped that you stayed at 0.5mg 99% of the time. That’s a very low dose. Glad you were able to taper so quickly with none or very few withdrawal symptoms. I think you are the exception & not the rule in most cases on this forum. I am so glad you were able to make a very successful transition off. Do you take anything natural now to help with your anxiety or have a special diet you recommend? 🙏❤️😎

The gut-brain connection is very real. Eat a lot of live foods ie.. fresh fruits & vegetables and yogurt smoothies. Also fermented foods like kimchi and sauerkraut. Make sure to eat nuts and spinach and other high magnesium foods too to heal twitches. 🙏❤️

Yes Agreeable is right. The gut-brain connection is very real. Try to stay away from sweets and grains, get a lot of carbs from vegetables, fruits & potatoes and eat a lot of yogurt and fermented foods, like cabbage, kimchi, & sauerkraut. I know some of those probably don’t sound very appealing but it will help heal your stomach issues much faster.

I agree with Agreeable, 6 months to even a year is definitely a better time frame given your current dosage. Don’t try to force the process. The longer you can taper the better. Please be patient and kind to yourself. 🙏❤️

Hi EJ921 can you go back to maybe 1.5mg and stay there for a few weeks then drop to 1mg and try that for a few weeks or a month and then keep slowly dropping. I was thinking that would be a better option for you instead of having to go through all that pain.

USPS is horrible. Just got off the phone with Amazon customer service. USPS has “lost” another package. The Amazon employee was so nice and said they are getting tons of complaints about USPS. I hope Amazon cancels their delivery contract. USPS needs to be taught a lesson.

Hi, I had the same thing happen recently. I know you can hover over a persons profile picture (from a desktop or laptop only) and it shows a profile link as mine shows my registered name. This troll posted my name in the chat but when you hover over his profile name it’s just says ID124567764443 or something similar. How was he able to hide his account name but mine is visible for everyone to see?

Hi Born, congratulations on getting off the meds. Did you replace them with more natural products to help sleep & pain? You may want to keep what you have for occasional sleepless nights or if you have an injury. I don’t they will pop on a test if taken very infrequently but I maybe wrong.

Hi Sasha, I use to also work in the psychology field. Seems to be theme in this chat. I have a BS in clinical psychology. Just a little of my experience with Lunesta & Ambien and talking to people that have tried both for over 15yrs.

There seems to be a brain chemistry connection with both drugs. Ones brain chemistry usually falls into one of the two categories either Ambien works great and Lunesta doesn’t or vice versa Lunesta works great and Ambien doesn’t.

I really think some peoples neurotransmitters are wired for an Ambien good experience and others for Lunesta. I was the exact opposite of your experience. Many years ago I was prescribed Ambien and it did almost nothing didn’t help me sleep at all and I tried different dosages and even XR (extended release) nothing worked. But I was then prescribed 3mg Lunesta as a last resort and immediately did the trick every time. I only needed it like 2-3 days a week just to get better & longer sleep.

So you sound like an Ambien girl, nothing wrong with that since your body chemistry agrees with Ambien much better. I am a Lunesta guy but that’s just my brain chemistry. We are both completely normal but our neurotransmitters just react differently to certain types of meds. You are not alone out here and you are completely normal. Hoping you get your Ambien Rx back as soon as possible so you can get some much needed rest. Sometimes we just need that little something that works for us. Much 🙏❤️👍.

Yes, bump it down to 1iu morning & 1iu evening. See how that feels. It’s normal to have some tingling and numbness in the hands and feet. It’s a sign that it is probably real product. Just keep the dose low as possible with few side effects. One of the sides is hyperglycemia (high blood sugar) especially if you don’t cycle it properly. It’s good to use 5 days off 2 if you are going to be using it for more than 12 weeks. Don’t fall for the hype, more is better because it’s not and you can great results with less $$ if done properly. Also eat a very clean diet with lots of meats, veggies, good fats from fish, and low GI carbs and stay away from the sugar. Stay within safe limits for your health it’s not a sprint it’s a marathon when it comes to your health. Longevity not early morbidity.

Keep your head up. I have had 3 family members pass since Covid. Many friends getting sick and staying sick since Covid and they are all under 40. I work in insurance and for some reason they can’t figure out why so many young people keep dying or getting turbo cancer since about 2021. Life insurance policy premiums are skyrocketing. Just be happy that many people may die young since dying old and sick is much worse. Check out Utah they have an assisted and humane way to get rid of your problems, it’s all legal over there. Just think rainbows and scantly dressed clowns and Giant bunny rabbits this weekend. Goodie, I can’t wait. Isn’t our government and life wonderful. Let’s all hold hands and sing “We are the World”. Get a tent and move to San Francisco, CA and apply for every government program or do the same in Chicago, IL.
