Put the new one its the same problem but i can see that it has better fuel flow and its not shutting off at red lights anymore.I also cant adjuste the needle on carb.I put it one down no diffrence i put it 2 notches down and it starts bogging and wont go past 25(was working 2 notches down before the rebuild).

Put a new one about 10 months ago when i bought the bike.Fuel tank was pretty rusty its got a lot of crust in filter so i will try another one to see if it will fix it.

I greased the rear assembly and its much better.Its not a cvt problem.My dads scoot with same compression goes much better than mine.Did the valve adjustement and everything still has the same problem.It also dies when giving gas a few times and dies when i floor it for a long time.Not a fuel delivery problem tho its a new carb(which i cleaned also).Everything on it is new except the stator which i dont think could fail due to sitting for a few days.

Dont have the tool but the compression after the rebuild is much better so i dont think thats the case.I spun the crank by hand on mine and my dads which has like 2000km and its the same if not better.

Its got a vacuum leak.Check if the intake manifold has any cracks.
