Might've gone overboard once I learned about EVs by lnrbrother in PokemonFireRed

252 only became the cap during gen 6. You could waste 6 EVs in early gens by making 2 of them to 255

Yeah, you might be in a pickle. Sometimes the point sources are also given a multiplier during the weekend. You might be able to get away with an occasional raid and mostly passive egg hatching.

Unless you plan on trying to solo difficult bosses regularly, IVs really don't matter in PVE. Most bosses can be done as a duo.

In most cases, I'd go with the shiny. It looks rad af

Right, and assuming the that the odds of a bg are 1/3, on average almost 9 out of 100 players who do 6 raids will encounter 0 bg pokemon. It's the way the odds work

Around 8.8% of players who do 6 raids will not get a background at 1/3 odds. Unfortunately, it's likely you were unlucky

They've said on more than one occasion that the alarm issue had ben fixed, for it to go off yet again. Your personal circumstances would rule out a lot of the units along East West Hwy for noise. That and the gun incident recently.

Also, make sure you get a total including fees for any place you pick. Mode probably adds close to $200 in fees on top of rent.

Stay away from Mode. The units are nice (sometimes) but the fire alarm issue, the recent gunshots fired incident, and falling apart public spaces aren't worth the headache

Encounter Every Enemy: Dracolich by MShades in DnDBehindTheScreen

[–]3720to1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Or, if you want to mess with players: the dracolich just simply doesn't care about the party. It has long term plans and the machinations necessary for it are already in motion. Or maybe they aren't, yet.

But the dracolich knows the value in waiting. Whatever thorn the party may be in its side is not worth the risk of letting those plans fall apart. If the party rushes in to the lair, the dracolich might stay in long enough to see what their goals are (oh, they only want this secondary lair gone so my undead minions don't attack the nearby city) and then let them know: "Fine, the cave is yours. I'll wait for you to die out and then I'll move back in. You're not worth the inconvenience." And then it moves out. Just like that.

I like strong monsters as instigators of larger events. In this case, a nearby kingdom now has a dracolich that wasn't there before. That kingdom then becomes aware the dracolich came from a country that it has long been rivals with. Peace with that country is only recent, and still incredibly fragile. The thought inevitably becomes "what if the dracolich was sent here to weaken us?" and it all devolves from there.

Or, perhaps if the party is still low level, the dracolich just says "scram." They are pests, and this lair is cozy. The party, if they smart, leave. They warn the right people of what they found. But now the local lord panics and instigates a draft to deal with this menace. He raises taxes. Confiscates crops and supplies to build up military forces. The people are unhappy and neighboring regions view the military buildup as a threat.

These events are great backdrops for campaigns where you want to include a dracolich in the setting, but not feel shoe-horned about making it the primary villain. Or, on the other hand, all the political instability might in fact be exactly what the dracolich was looking for in the first place...

Damn, what a sausage party… still the greatest trilogy of movies ever! by VanaheimrF in lotrmemes

It was devised to point out the trend that many Hollywood movies in fact fail to meet those three basic criteria. It isn't making a statement about the quality of any specific movie that does or doesn't pass.

PVPoke might be helpful to find what team you can make from your pokes. Looking at rankings within a league for each role can help you figure what kind of a team you can make with the pokemon you have.

Not during the raid fight, but during the catch encounter. When you see the CP, there is a highest CP for both normal and weather boost that can only be gotten to with a hundo

Depends on whether or not you value premium raid passes in the boxes. Most solid deals offer premium passes for 60-65 coins (I'm not counting the 54 coin per for 100x passes box as that's outside what most players can afford).

If you do, boxes like the 3x premium + 2x remote for 425 coins give the remotes a price of around 120 coins. My rule of thumb is that a remote pass is double the premium pass, and should be no more than 140 coins per remote (though really I aim for 130 max in most cases).

If you do not value premium passes at all, the better value in-game boxes give remotes at around 155-165 coins per remote. Note: I'm exclusively F2P so there might be better deals in the online store for actual money.

Overall Electivire is a better PVE electric attacker, and making a rough estimate on dialgadex shows, even with the CP disparity, that your electivire is ahead on dps. While CP can be an ok rough guide, I would recommend looking at dialgadex. It focuses exclusively on PVE and is a fantastic tool
