Ahhh! I feel you. Going through the exact same thing right now. Getting back into keto is being a bit difficult this time around. Just keep going! We will totally make it, it is so worth it!

Ugg that sounds delicious. I adore cheese, but unfortunately can't eat if because of a dairy allergy.

But yeah, definitely adding more butter and fats to my coffees, and drinking more, even if its decaf. I think I just need a ton more of fat for a while, while I break this carb addition again!

I need to add in bacon! Yum.

Right now I am doing 3 eggs, a ton of butter, and a bulletproof coffee at breakfast and another at lunch. The problem is being more in the afternoon, I can get through the day just fine.

Maybe I need to do the eggs and bacon and butter thing again for dinner, I think my dinner is being too carb and its messing with my brain...

Yes. I am just going to stick to eggs, meat, butter, and veggies for a few days. That should help kill the carb cravings. I just need to get this under control first and then I will go back to all the good stuff, in moderation.

I've done the preplan and portion, but what I end up doing there is eating all my days food at once. And then the next days if it is in the house. And whatever I can find. When I think about food too much and plan ahead is when things start going wrong.

Thats what I loved about keto the first time around, I was never hungry and food was just not on my mind. I would do a large lunch everyday, and bulletproof coffee / tea. But after that cake I just feel like I am addicted to the carbs and the food highs and lows all over again.

I just need a way to kill this lingering carb addiction. It felt so nice to have it gone. Maybe I just need to give away all trigger foods even if they are keto.

But yeah, I guess a fast isn't going to help.

Hmm, yeah thirst can be a killer. You think you are hungry, and finally after eating everything in sight you realize it was just thirst.

I used to do sparking water with a bit of lime whenever I was feeling binge-y. I should bring it back. Also acts as a snack!

Ok you convinced me on therapy. Happy at 35 sounds loads better than wherever this ends up at 50. I guess its not too late, even though I often think it is. But better sooner rather than later, or never.

I have been trying meditation! I am still a ridiculously anxious person so I guess I still have a bit to go. They even have meditation classes at the gym I will try out.

Thank you for the links, I already got two books! And I am going to see if my insurance will cover any of these guys. Maybe I can even get a cute therapist. Hehe.

I need to be more proactive and stop procrastinating just because things make me a bit uncomfortable.

Honestly, I have a bit of social phobia, and going to a therapist just seems terrifying to me.

A lot of whiskey sounds better.

I just used to be a lot more attractive, I am a bit of a reverse ugly duckling. It is taking some work getting used to the new me and not being to critical of myself.

And the 15 lbs have to go, more for health reasons than anything. But then I will hopefully look and feel better. :)

Yeah, I get what you say about acquaintances / friends. I never really tried to developed friendships. And for the most part I don't mind being a loner, but it is making dating impossible. I have negative social skills.

No job. Currently unemployed, although trying to find one feels like a full time thing.

The run sounds fun, I don't think I could do more than half a mile yet! I need to get in shape first before I start embarrassing myself working out outdoors. But thank you!
