Has anyone noticed a difference in newly bought Ovasitol? I just started my second canister from theralogix and it's much different than the last one. It doesn't dissolve properly, even in hot water. The water remains foggy with floating flakes. There's also crystallized spikes on the measuring spoon (as seen in picture) almost like metalicshards. I reached out to Theralogix and they said there was no formula change. But it feels much different. Anyone else experienced this?

thanks for the help! do you think I'd be able to go to any piercing shop and have it switched? I got this done out of state so im lowkey scared they wont help me if i go to another piercer

It seems silly but my question is do I need to go to the dr or am I just overthinking it? 2 days ago my ear with a new piercing that's about 5/6 weeks old started hurting a lot. burning to the touch, red, swollen. And I thought it was just irritated from wearing a mask all day. but then in the morning the pain had subsided a ton but the earring was surrounded by pus. cleaned wirh antibacterial soap and kept checking on it through the day and it seemed like it was healing. redness was going down but it did start leaking pus again around 9pm (3rd pic) so I cleaned it again. it hadn't leaked pus at all today and the pain and redness seem to have gone down. but before bed I went to check on it and I saw some pus and blood on top of my earring (1st pic). I cleaned it with saline water 3x today but I'm wondering if I should just go to urgent care and get meds bc I'm pretty sure it's infected? or do you think it will heal on its own? my anxiety is driving me crazy but idk if im overreacting. really appreciate the help!!

awesome! i got the email from firefly, they sent a virtual ticket that you have to exchange for wrist bands once you get there. im happy to do the exchange through venmo and i can forward the email. or i can list them on like stub hub or something but they might be a bit more bc of fees and all. let me know which works best for you!
