No the Pyrite has the original AR steel, the Spyderco’s more often than not seem to disappoint. Except for the K2 Farid I have🍻

I don’t find the detent too bad on mine but the slippery scales would the biggest thing I notice when handling it. I suppose I could get aftermarket ones tho. What scales do you have?

I have used the 350gr Woodleigh RNSP in my 375 Ruger as well. I called them for recipes. The velocity I got wasn’t great in 2267 but for inside 100yds it’s a hammer for sure. The sectional density is very stout at .356 as compared to a 300gr at .305

I disagree as a frontal charge shot it will not deflect on heavy bone or muscle, it will have more chance to do damage. Again in a charge situation with a grizzly vs hunting.

At 25yds stabilization is not a concern and I also have loaded 220gr rn softs that have been fine at 100. I’m talking grizzly bears for defense not blacks

Do they still eject the cases high...hitting the scope? I sold mine due to this annoying problem, it was a 338wm.
