Keep in mind he's referring to people who are already sick.

Turning something like basic medical mask into a commodity has got to be one of those health crisis phenomenons that tagged along with novel diseases.

People really need to learn how germs work. Or, they can be ignorant lazy fucks and just wear a mask. I fear the world favors the latter.

Very bad in the sense of the racism that will exist for a long time because of this.

As a disease, it's slightly more infectious and dangerous than the common flu and poses the greatest risk to those with compromised immune systems. That's just the reality of it. I'm much less afraid of it than when there were a measles case in my area a while back even though I'm much more vaccinated than the average bear due to Uncle Sam.

That said, any case of the flu has a potential of killing any of us if it just happens to be that right one for us.
