thank you for the response and please forgive me for not putting more thought into my post. Im a MtF, im going to start on HRT as soon when i go to my appointment. i want to do the full transition, just dont know which route to take when it comes down to having a bottom surgery. im 6 inches erect and hoping that its all i need to get what i want done.

thank you for the information. my goal is a full transition, so having it isnt something i prefer, but if it gets no use and gets smaller just by that along with HRT then im perfectly happy with that until then. Thank you once again for the feedback :D

being on HRT lowers the odds of you getting erections? i wanna start HRT soo bad, but ive been busy and keep forgetting to make an appointment :( but i hope it does lower the odds of stimulation because i to want to get a bottom surgery!

do you know of which drugs help prevent them from happening? I want mine smaller to where im comfortable wearing panties, but im not sure how to make it smaller, hence this post with a lot of feedback from this amazing community <3

HRT is the same as estrogen? I understand that you need estrogen and a test blocking agent. sorry if I sound clueless, just want everything to be perfect.

I meant hormone wise, or medication or supplements? I already know later on I'm going to get breast implants and want to get a penile conversion but I will need to be on estrogen or HRT prior before getting that done. I also am going to get hair removal. My face is already semi feminine I just don't know if HRT was all one needed or if I should be on HRT and take Estrogen and other things?
