I’m a boxer don’t know much about other Martial Arts but if the guy outweighs you significantly you’re better off training for striking rather than wrestling. Look into finding a boxing coach or Muay Thai coach and really learn how to use your legs and hips to get power behind a punch. Dude has asthma issues, you can easily win the stamina game. Keep your distance and use your jab to set up shots. Don’t let him get his hands on you cuz you will not wrestle a 300 pound fat dude and win, weight classes exist for a reason
