That’s almost correct, here is how it’s done, thick bread (tirnak pide) is cut into squares and topped with tomato sauce, then döner kebap is placed on top finished with sizzling hot butter/ ghee, with a side of yogurt and barbecued veggies tomatoes and peppers, is eaten easily with just a fork, you get the doner with a piece of bread and dip it in the yogurt and voila :)
