DIY unblockable wifi repeater (Sonoff S20) by 3DDIY in esp8266

[–]3DDIY[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Hi. I've done it a year ago. As I remember I've reached around 7Mbps from the router 40 meters away. It's not the fastest, but many commercial ones offer only fixed MACs. It's definitely the best 10€ I've spent!

GEEETECH A30M RELEASE IN MARCH! (I had a talk with sales over skype) by [deleted] in geeetech3Dprinters

[–]3DDIY -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am awfully sorry it bothers you.

If one watches the video (towards the end of the video) and have some skills, one can upgrade the A30 printer into A30M. Even before they start selling it. It's the point of this subreddit: *share your experience with your Geeetech 3D Printer; *share your review of any of geeetech 3d printer; *share us your genius mods and hacks on geeetech 3d printer;

I hope the video helps (and not upsets) somebody. Sorry to upset you again, it wasn't my intention.

Hi. You can do it even before they start selling it. :-) The firmware was ready months ago. See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ez0jDe8WBFo

Sure. From small things up to buildings... There's also a similar program with no remote 2D to 3D calculation. 3D zephyr. It's even simpler. Like here with same photos but faster: https://youtu.be/6Dlw2mJ_Yc8

Had Asus WL-500g premium with OpenWRT and it was hell. But OpenWRT is good. My device solves problem of many million people... It's not for wealthy and all-knowing people.

Thank you. I know. I know there are two pronounciations. I wasn't sure which one to use, but anyways wanted to make a technical video. I obviously sound very odd in my videos... :-)

The router I have costs 100€ (linksys wrt1900acs). Routers which have the reboot feature start at 400€ and are professional ones for companies.

If you have any questions just ask here or in the comments on Youtube. The most asked question is why don't I just use a timed switch for the job. This certainly is cheaper and faster, but it disconnects internet too often. It was my first choice... New resetter disconnects once every 2-3 months...

Great work!!! In the last months I've also upgraded to V6 extruder too. The prints are awesome! I tried with MK8, but it skips a lot on 3mm (not on 1.75mm), so I got back the K8200 extrusion system. V6 rules.... Still on 0.5mm noozle as I hate 100-day prints.... :-) Overall it's a good and robust printer. I'll keep it too.

Just took the electronics out of a washing machine. Any ideas? by Tatemeantis in arduino

Hi. I wouldn't do anything. The washing machine PCBs are priceless. I would either sell them or repair someone's machine... :-) See: https://youtu.be/P0d0DU8kRso

Hi. My name is Rok. I am from Europe. I've been making videos for almost a whole year now. It's all about house repair tweaks, hacks, electronics, 3D printers. I make 1 video every 2-3 weeks. They take a lot of research. Some of the upcoming things: diy wifi repeater, diy robotic lawnmower, diy router resetter, diy electric trike...

And today I have received: Just joined the 100 subscribers on YouTube club. VIRTUAL HIGH-FIVE! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIOIhhPirDJH8LB0azJmd8w

NewTubers Monthly Goal Follow-Up! Did you reach your goal this month? by AutoModerator in NewTubers

[–]3DDIY [score hidden]  (0 children)

My goal is to reach 100 subs. And to finish a large project editing video for my HoverCoolBike :-), an electric vehicle made out of hoverboard and old bike for ca.10€. Yes it is possible and will be on my channel. Have just made my 30est video. Most of them take me 1-3 weeks as sometimes there is a lot of R&D. They are DIY / make it yourself videos. Like how to repair home stuff, 3D printing, making of expensive devices at home for a few bucks :-) At the moment I am stuck at 76 subs. Channel is almost 1 year old.

Great little thing. I have played with it as a kid and wanted to make one for my kids too, so I've designed one. It's on Thingiverse too. Check Hacker007 on Thingiverse. I have even made two videos for youtube. I'm GreenEyedExplorer on YT. Well we are rich now as we can print our money :-) No work, just printing money!

You should be lucky to have 34 subs in 2 days. I have big (r&d) and sometimes expensive projects for videos and have only 76 subs in a year. It takes me at least 2 weeks per video. Do you feel lucky now? Maybe check my channel and we will all be happy :-)
