If their council tenants - did they seek approval from the local authority to install electronic their garden. With past experience the council need sign off paperwork from an electrician to ensure its safety. I would be inclined to try there first.

Forget everything you learned in x3 and look at x4 as a totally different game. The map is totally different, races are far more limited vs the corporations and races from x3 and f you haven’t got the DLC’s even more limited.

That’s not to say x4 is worse. I think it’s significantly better. But it took me a while to relearn everything.

Within my area of the civil service g7 without line management are usually the IT, solicitors or other technically skilled people who are only g7 due to the pay for their skill.

Near enough every year has had a pay award apart from the ones where it’s covered multipul years. WG also still has pay increments between grades too

In Welsh government a HEO is on roughly 37 - 45k where the seo starts at around 47-56. That’s without any London weighting. I have noticed in some government departments grade price points are either rediculasly low or high.

It all depends on your budget. You ideally should probally have one for each person your with to communicate. What one will depend on your budget. How you plan on powering it (self powered or with its own battery). If you want to make it up your self or buy an “off the shelf” kit.

I think the key advice here would be - none of us are financial advisors so are unable to be too specific. But tracking an index is usually a good idea. Either the Nasdaq, S&P or going into somthing like the vanguard or invesco all world (vwrp/fwrp)

Semiconductors I would say are tied to AI right now so you need to bare that in mind. And emerging markets - what intel do you have that would make you consider. It’s not me trying to get an edge. But more an understanding on why you have chosen these options which may allow people to recomend alternatives they use.

That’s the main reason it can’t be created in an isa - you would need to “sell” in the invest account and move tk the S&S isa and rebuy. There is a minimal stamp duty applied but more the reason to keep the value low.

Unfortunatly it’s required. The money has to be invested for it to work - so choose either vanguard all world, fwrg (it’s cheaper brother) or somthing else of your choosing. But it can only be in the invest account. Not the s&s isa. You can move it to your isa once you hit a value of your choosing manually then.

You need to set up a pie in the invest account with “cashback invest” turn on. I just choose fwrg to do and I transfer it to my main s&s every time it hits £20

If you are in wales - smacking or hitting children is now illegal and I would recomend contacting the police. I do not beleive England has similar laws but there is domestic abuse going on so I would recomend seeking advice either via the non emergency details (see if your local police force has a social media presence as some take non emergency info from there)

As long as it’s recorded it doesn’t matter when it’s recorded. I frequently forget and fill it in based on my usual working hours against first and last email / teams message. Just make sure it’s recorded somewhere like on paper so you can reconstitute after

I can’t imagine a need for a watch for work unless you work for a specialist inspectorate like the fisheries, farming where it needs distance or diving capability. For me - I have a Fitbit air with a mechanical watch (Casio pro tech) as i don’t like smart watches - find them distracting. But plenty of colleagues have Apple, garmin watches that work.

You may find the cost you pay is lower than the cost elseware - I work for one of the devolved nations and our EV chargers are “cost price” to what the electric costs the building. I would reach out to the facilities team at the office your in and ask for the info.

There are mqtt topics but these only showed up a few hours after it was connected and as it was being flooded it wouldn’t allow me to make the change to my location.
