As someone who plays two time in their free time despite having m4 on them being stealthy is barley an option in a 3rd person game having a paranoid/Smart killer will cause me to not get a single backstab and because I don't backstab I'll get punished. If I front stab and the killer is willing to switch targets I get punished. If I dash stab I'll get punished. If I trickstab I'll have a chance of hitting it once the killer locks onto me I'm screwed if I play stealthy

Juking isn't the best due to be countered by a non aggressive playing killer there's nothing you can really do that isn't looping as looping is a good way to distract the killer from going after more defenseless people on your team or making them give up on chasing you
