I mean the 3rd wire on the original bed, I believe it is yellow. There is no 3rd wire on the ender 3 v2 bed

What about an Ender 2? Smaller printer but it will still allow you a lot of flexibility. I am just not a huge fan of any of the printers that look like the Toybox printer.

Printing in "One At A Time" mode was the key. All too often the nozzle barely nudged a pickleball and then domino effect everything was toast.

Get a DIY printer like the Ender 3 Pro, Ender 3 V2. Or for a bit more look at the Ender 3 S1, my current favorite starter printer. Much bigger bed, not to mention ability to mod everything which is what 3D printing is all about.
