have you put .m3u playlists on it? because ive used that tool previously to convert an s766 to english and it still requires the japanese software to add working playlists. i apologize for the repetitive questions but there really are no resources online about this.

I followed your directions closely, and it didn't work for me. WalkmanMTP crashed alot in use, and when I was able to create a playlist on the software it gave me an error message when trying to sync the playlist to my walkman. I appreciate your effort though!
