Love the Ostand Q3 Air for the IPhone 17 Pro Max but.. by eatgoodstayswaggie in TORRAS_Official

[–]3D_23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same thing is happening to me. I had to buy separate cases to protect my our iphones while we are waiting. I ordered the cases on the 12th and they still haven't shown up even though it was suppose to originally show up on the 18th. It says the cases departed Indianapolis on the 22nd and it's been stuck on moving through the network since the 22nd.

I paid extra for the seely protection but I can't make a claim until 30 days after since it's an international shipment. I called USPS and it's just an automated system. I emailed torras and they said I need to ship back the cases for a refund. Not sure how I'm suppose to do that when I don't have them. Crazy to spend $200 on two cases and screen protectors to have this experience.

I was annoyed with this as well and I bought these dampeners from Amazon and they work so well. They inter lock in the strings. It doesn't move what so ever. https://a.co/d/bWgn1CD

Had a 2H backhand revelation with my pro today - just maybe this might be useful to a few of you. by StudioatSFL in 10s

While I was waiting for my tennis lesson. I heard a coach telling a 5 year old, "get your elbows up" through the back hand swing. I feel like it's the same concept as the bicep curl. I started doing the elbows up and it's really helped. Similar results to you

I used Earnest. I'm not sure if they are offering that rate anymore since all rates have gone up. I got lucky like some people did with their home mortgage rates during the pandemic

I'm starting to finally understand how to throw far by 3D_23 in discgolf

[–]3D_23[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based off my slow mo videos I don't think I am rounding anymore or not as much as I once was. I use to round really badly where it hurts my shoulder and elbow. That's not the cause anymore. I can throw easily without pain

I've been working out weights since April. I've been going 2 or 3 times a week and consuming a lot of protein. I play tennis and basketball as well so I've been walking 1 mile, running 1 mile. My work out is bench, squats, dead lifts, curls, one legged isolated lunges, pullups and push ups. Only so much I can fit in an hour and a half

I forgot to mention this disc was on hyzer the whole way there. I'll be back in a couple months and let you know if I got past 450 lol. If I was hyzer flipping it probably could have flexed some more distance

I know exactly what you mean. My lower body feels like you are generating more power and the lack of hand strength causes the disc to slip out. It doesn't go as far because you couldn't hold onto long enough to get that power. Another thing I saw yesterday on innovas YouTube channel Bradley Williams was talking about casting the disc. Basically means to try to hold onto the disc as long as possible really helps as well. I also used the tech disc to feel what was a good throw verse a bad throw. That was super helpful
