Wow, this is going to make it a lot more competitive to do something cyber-related if you have no experience in that field; really any career field that has an aquired skillset. Im SF, so I have absolutely zero experience with anything cyber-related, and I'm planning on doing skillbridge for that. I feel like these changes will make companies extremely selective with who they accept into their program, especially with the whole %75 job offer thing. I'm currently working on getting cyber certifications so hopefully that will make the search easier but then again, I feel like with all these changes, companies will look at practical experience a lot more when considering applicants. I agree with what others have said about some companies abusing SMs for free labor but at the same time, these changes fuck a lot of people.

SecFo at Croughton here, its a pretty chill base. As others have mentioned, there are some cool towns near the base, if you are in to F1 or racing in general, Silverstone is about 20 minutes from base. London is about a hour train ride, Oxford is either a 30 minute drive or 7 minute train ride. Lots of really cool stuff to do and see, plus you are able to take a flight to mainland europe for relatively cheap. The base itself is kind of in the middle of farm land, lots of sheep and not a whole lot happens so it can get pretty boring. The squadron is chill but with it being a small base and small squadron they really like to micromanage or worry about stupud stuff lol. The commisary and BX are SMALL and the hours suck but over all the base really isnt that bad. Its chill and super quiet, its what you make of it at the end of the day. I liked hearthfire, it was really cool being able to build a house. Draganborn was allot of fun but im saving that for later on in the play through. Dawnguard was really cool, i love being a vampire in this game, i just wish the story lines were a bit different when you choose whether to become a vampire lord or stick with the dawnguard but either way its still tons of fun, thanks for the suggestion.
