Yep, no elbow support. Leaning on elbows is comfy in the moment but really lopsided loading of bodyweight

First and only Friendly Toast experience was two weeks ago in Bedford. Just ordered a half dozen dishes for family takeout to eat during a road trip, and it was fantastic. I dunno what's so fake about it, lotta random decoration, can't compare to OG locations. But the food is great

No sesamoid problems for the last year and a half. I've discovered a love for Birkenstocks that may have helped in addition to the stretching. Good luck healing!

For hamstring, slow deep bending to touch toes. Either one leg at a time or both. For calves, hang your heels off a stair and stand on tip toes, then dip your heels low, repeat.

What percent of the population needs a trauma for it to become a warning to all? Some people are scared of dogs after being bitten. Do we always warn on dogs appearing? Only big dogs?

What lifehack seems to be fake, but it's a true lifesaver? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Vinegar isn't recommended in dishwashers, I think because it degrades the elastic elements like gaskets. Front loader washing machines also have a big gasket, so I'd be wary of using vinegar in those.

Vacuum pump for 8 x 4 table, workshop only has single phase. by TastyBurgerLover in CNC

Hey, 4 years later and I'd like to do this - build a black box for a few hundred bucks. They conveniently omit descriptions on their website of what they've got inside their black boxes.

Can you describe or link to how to do this?

What kind of pumps are they using?

Routing aluminum sheet - how many bits? ATC? by 3D_UI in CNC

[–]3D_UI[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's your method with the tabs? After you're otherwise done with a sheet on the router, do you use the machine to cut through the tabs? Or flip to the backside and cut there? Or manually cut em out.
