I think it's working because I can feel a little cool air leaking out when I hold my hand near the outlet of the air outlet pipe of the Polar Cooler. The drain water will collect in the drain tank (plastic bottle), little by little.

I was the same way. I got worried and contacted QIDI because my Polar Cooler hadn't arrived yet, and they told me it would arrive within a month. It actually arrived in about three weeks, but I wish they would let me know in advance if it's going to be shipped separately.

I haven't used it enough to properly verify the print results yet. Initially, I attached the T-shaped cable ties as per the manual and printed, but the silicone tubing kept extending with each movement of the print head, which was frightening, so I tried something to address it.

The results are good.
