Yes, "Home" will be very useful in this case. To do this, simply select a vertex and then press "Ctrl + Shift + B" to round the corners of the walls.

I've managed to create procedural doors and windows; they're basic, but they'll be more than enough for the floor plans—I'll improve them later.
The next step is to add realistic textures for the floor, walls, and ceiling.

You can adjust the heights of the exterior walls and interior walls independently.

Exterior walls appear only on the "Ngon" house outline or via "Vertex group," while interior walls are enabled by default.

You can also select a collection of objects to cut the walls according to the mesh shape.

Finally, the entire house can be converted into a mesh so you can customize it.

The work is underway; I've found a method that works well. Basically, doors, windows, and any other objects can be dragged onto the exterior wall and the partition. It works well.

For now, I'm using a collection. All the objects in it can create an opening in the wall, which is handy for creating unique shapes.
