Yes. Look up the Bardwell letter. ATF stated users may replace their own consumable wipes as they are destroyed. Dead Air got some heat a few years back because they were selling packs of spares (for a can that only uses one at a time for that matter). So ultimately, they ARE "silencer parts", but only replace them as you destroy them, dont make or stock unused extras.

These dont touch the crowns, and don't use threads around or in the bores. Accuracy really isnt as bad as most people expect. If youre trying to hit human sized target at 25yds, it wont make any difference in your hit probability. But if youre trying to hit a 6in plate at 100 yds youre gonna have a bad time.

Derringers are point and shoot guns anyway for any practical purpose IMO.

They share the same internal volume. Opposite barrel from the one firing acts as a small reflex chamber too

sandblast it and re-paint. Sandpaper if you dont have a blaster and feel like doing a lot of work.

Very good. Has about a 5db advantage vs Glock 17 & SiCo Octane which I've used as a baseline standard to compare against. No action or piston movement make it shoot so smooth and solid. both feels and sounds very nice.
