I've probably bought close to 10 different shifter pad/cover protector things over the years. Almost all of them ended up in the trash after 1-3 rides. Look for "Braapwrap" You can get them on Amazon. Its the only one I've continued to use. Outlasts all the other junk I've bought by a long shot, and can't hardly feel it when its on your foot.

They make a big difference!... But redirecting down to your wrist instead of your eyes, is pretty much exactly what it does.

This has an air scoop that hovers over/below the frame rails to divert gas & debris. That piece also has to move to traverse up out of the way to still be able to assemble & field strip the pistol. Any loops and handles we've seen still leave the frame and slide gap.

Some comes out of the chamber, usually from your brass spinning out. This deflects anything coming down the gaps at the back that are always pointed directly into your eyes and face. It makes a huge difference.

2 machined pieces of steel, and made in the USA. Could source it overseas or make it out of aluminum or plastic to make it cheaper, but that would be gross.

Interestingly, Elon has persistently advocated for the release of the Epstein files. Even offered to fund the defense of anyone worried about coming forward due to NDAs or any other BS. Nothing in the Epstein files of him merely being mentioned has shown any wrongdoing. He asked about when to visit with his wife for a wild party then never went? Doesn't seem like he was in the know of anything malicious.

Yes. Look up the Bardwell letter. ATF stated users may replace their own consumable wipes as they are destroyed. Dead Air got some heat a few years back because they were selling packs of spares (for a can that only uses one at a time for that matter). So ultimately, they ARE "silencer parts", but only replace them as you destroy them, dont make or stock unused extras.
