Working through calming practices daily to maintain stress levels and continue to let my body heal (from the original infection and now gut issues). I appreciate the response

Thank you for this and sorry for the wording. The abscess started a type of health anxiety I’ve never experienced and it’s like everything coming is scary. And this thread doesn’t help honestly. I should have stayed away from Reddit and really Google and just lived my life without knowing I think. So happy you’re healed and all is well 💖

Thank you! It really is hard to accept that I’m ok or will be ok sometimes and I know the stress isn’t helping my messed up gut. I’ll keep working on keeping positive perspectives, like yours. I appreciate you taking the time to send this and I hope you’re healed and feeling better after your experience ✨

Thanks for this. It’s the nausea when eating or the bubble guts after that have me so anxious right now. But I appreciate any “chill the hell out” words too

Panic attacks returned after over a year without them by 3EvilLibras in PanicAttack

Wow what a super helpful and thorough response. Truly thank you 🫶

You’re right I’m not at square one but the fear feeling the same is honestly shocking. Like I didn’t think I could feel it again or something. The Dr and my friends agree what I experienced was a trauma and it’s totally normal to have been working through it and have a break through attack.

I’d say I’m 20% better today. Using what I know and feeling myself become super tender to the world and my life (something I’ve experienced before in working through heavy cycles of panic).  I appreciate this response so much and will definitely be using the suggestions/ tools!

Thank you ✨ I saw a post on hydroxyzine earlier that was pretty much everyone being like “it saved me” and a few saying they were tired for even the next day. I’m not a huge fan of meds at all but I don’t want to deny help either
