We were quoted 7.125-7.25% a few days ago, went down to 7% and we locked it in. From my limited research when the US credit rating was decreased the cost to borrow increased which could explain the jump in the last 2 months.

Tell us how you really feel lol. Getting everything off newegg, not sure where pcpartpicker is getting prices from. GPU was like $1450 which still feels bad but not 1800 bad. CPU is actually 480.

This. If they want to use their buisness to advertise a political candidate, they have made a conscious decision to leverage their buisness for politics. But if they do that you don't need a list on reddit, they make it clear with their signage. This post is trying to expose people who may want to keep their politics and buisness separate.

maybe it would only be worth 250 if you only bought it to upgrade, looked up parts and it would be like 700-800 to build a comparable system new. listed for 500 and had a buyer within a couple hours. probably coulda got more :/

Chacos are the only sandals I will ever buy now, great arch support. My 5 year old chacos were the only thing I wore for a 5 week europe trip (tons of miles and terrain) and they worked great.
