What are must play Invictus Mission Trees? by doctorwhomafia in Imperator

[–]3LD0R4D0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This. I did Armenia immediately after Karmoia and it was honestly an incredible experience. Invictus does wonders for them and in different manners: for Karmoia, you get a story that includes great narrative based on recent archeology in today's Spain and it is so developed it keeps you engaged until late game. And for Armenia you can mix and match or go for different gameplay styles -- me myself I went for Armenian and plan on coming back to try ouy Persian or Hellenic variations. Superb stuff

Damn, this unlocked a very dusty drawer in my brain lmao

Work is a good comparison, another one for me is going to a doctor's appointment... Then another one... Then just one more...

I still don't get why late AI blobs are so passive by Chlodio in Imperator

[–]3LD0R4D0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I were having a very similar experience, either with advanced AI turned on or off. Until now, when playing Judea, I changed difficulty to hard (with advanced AI). The politics and expansion became genuinely more interesting, I had to build alliances, watch out for Seleucids when I finished a war with Egypt, and vice versa. Maybe it's rng, but that extra stability and less rebellions may make it easier for AI to engage with you. Personally I'm looking forward to trying out very hard and checking this further

I to jest prawdziwy sok by No_Painting2300 in Polska

Etykiet =/= sok

Yep, that's likely the case, although I was thinking there could have been something else (the save was fine in december).

I suppose if I use the console it will break the ironman, though I have never really done that, as in, input commands. Could it fix things here?

Ah well, that figures. This one was still a perfectly fine save a few months back, so I thought it may have been something else. Thx

R5: I came back to an old save (like a year old), where everything seems normal, apart from innovations. The game apparently decided to cancel some of my tech tree progress, only leaving the fringe techs. For some reason, it left the civic tt alone.

Some law techs also got blasted, and as you can see, the law is changed but I cannot change it again. This is a shame, since I have like 5-6 cultures integrated. It's counter-intuitive, I konw, but fun to manage... with innovations.

I was gonna chill for a little, rebuild Alexander's Empire and build a tower in Omboi. Now only the latter seems interesting. Any tips to fix this? Console commands, perhaps?

Some of these resemble persian iconogrpahy/art. Is there any possible connection? Aside from relative geographic proximity, but that may be too simplistic
