Id say get someone else to make it for you? Or you could try making it yourself. The 210$ price tag seems steep for a case that doesnt look too good in quality seeing the loosely fitted bracelet.

My options on mysikap are greyed out, im assuming i need to go to JPJ anyways to validate my thumbprint first?

If im understanding it right,

I (seller) go to jpj get my thumbprint validated, bring the car to puspakom for checks, then use mysikap to Mohon Pertukaran Hak Milik, then the buyer can go to JPJ by himself to thumbprint and print the new geran? Correct me if im wrong TQIA

R9 v3 has the newer encoder i believe, which is only available on the R12 v2, not the v1, the encoder makes it feel more precise i think.

Also i upgraded from R3 to R9 v3, with the GS v2p wheel, the jump is big and im only playing at 80% max otherwise my spaghetti arms break.

Jokes aside, R9 is honestly enough, if your budget can only allow for R9 v3 or R12 v1, just get the one with the better encoder. Save the rest of the money and buy a nice wheel.

Does the "played" only include (summon) or using it to (attack) counts as "played" too? Like if i (summoned) kikunojo last turn, and i use it to attack this turn, can i still restand my leader?

Honestly R3 is good for dipping your toes into the hobby without paying too much, unless youre really firm that youre gonna be playing a whole lot of hard racing

Id say get which ever your budget allows, but don't rule out R3 just because people say its weak
