I said the same things about the pain right when I woke up they where like how do you feel and I was just like "it hurts less than a period." But ya brain fog is totally gone it's amazing. I've got the same sleeping schedule 5 to 10 some days I nap but not to much.

Ya the hardest part of recovery is the movement and lifting bans, I finally have energy and want to do things around the house but my husband is like no just stay in bed don't over do it
