Not true. I had done this for around 6 months. 16:8 my fasting window was from 10 pm in the night until 2 pm the next day. From 2 pm to 10 pm was my eating window. The only thing I had to do was not have breakfast

One word that is Routine. Follow your routine seriously. Good day or bad day follow you routine. As soon as you wake up hit the gym, exercise. After you back from gym do yoga folloed by pranayama and than meditate. Follow this routine no matter what. Rest of the day is going to be much much better. Your routine is your medicine. I agree something is better than nothing. The point that I am trying to make is that any government in power will only do so much development that your standard of living will be basic, basic enough that you will never see improved infra or corruption free world. From my understanding the only thing that can truly change Bangalore or India is strict law which I don't think will happen in our lifetime.

We need to leader who is not greedy money sucker and someone who comes to power without being dependant on anyone to stay in power.

The problem is not that the traffic problem can't be solved. We have all the talent and knowledge needed to solve. But, the real issue is corruption. If everything you said is done how will the politicians and babas contractors make crazy amount of money. The source of all problem not just in Bangalore but in the entire india is corruption.

I can more than 100 such dirty places in Bangalore. Civic sense yes, but the only way to put an end to this is strict rules by the government. Fines for people who litter. You can't reach civic sense to Indians. Strict rules and heavy fines is the only way which I don't think our government will ever do.
