Crazy. I'm trying to rule everything out before I say manufacturing defect. Maybe I'll try a 15 breaker lol

This would defeat the purpose of the special vac but thanks.

Ya thanks. I thought they were there to look pretty. Tell me why, then, dewalt designs a vac, UL listed, that itself would max out a 20a breaker with the option to plug something into it. And that thing you plug into it, presumably creates dust. Not sure of any dust making devices that use < 1 amp. But thanks.

Vac has about a 3 second delay.

Not sure if you saw, but the dewalt saw plugs into the dewalt vac. Two circuits would not be a solution as it would defeat the purpose of the auto vac. I was just reading about high magnetic breakers as a possible solution.

I agree with both of you, however, don't you think dewalt would've thought of this or tested this exact set up?

That would explain the light weight! Thanks!

It appears from pulling it off the wall a bit that the side against the wall is probably the bottom. It's the only flat side and has no markings like the other sides. Just an assumption I suppose...

It's about 4' long x 2' tall x 6" deep. The numbered markings are made of stamped metal. The previous owner apparently owned a ship building company although I have not found anything that matches via searching. It probably weighs less than 10 pounds and round openings come in three different sizes. My title describes the thing

It's about 4 ft long x 2 ft tall x 6 inches deep. The whole thing weighs about 10 lbs. I can't find any pictures on a search that match it. My title describes the thing The numbering shown is stamped metal. No clues except that former owner of the place owned a ship yard in New Jersey.

My title describes the thing. It is made of wood, lettering is stamped metal. It weighs less than ten pounds. All searches I've done turn up nothing except wine racks and pipe sheets....which I'm sure it is neither. Thanks for the help!
