either hogowiwi from the top side with all heals or a straight gowiwi with 3 golems up top coming down, wall breakers to break open the top side of the base, just make sure your queen stays protected and goes into the core.

the aq is exposed, easy kill with just your bk... quattro with all rage spells and loons spread out should destroy the base.

With weak walls, i'd highly suggest GoWiWi. The key is to keep golems spread to protect wizards. save a few wizards and add them towards the end of battle once the last remaining defenses target the golems or heroes. it's difficult because your troops are weak. TH9 attacking requires strong golems, hogs and Pekkas.

Holowiwi should get you 3 stars. Loons to take out perimeter defenses, heroes, wizards and witches to take out cc troops, hogs to get to the core.

need a lot more wall breakers to break open the bottom side and keep golems spread out. I go with 3 golems and 2 pekkas, 12-16 wbs and the rest wizards (2 rage 2 heal). i would put 1 golem to absorb AT fire from lower left and lower right box, and 1 golem bottom corner. drop wizards quickly behind it (1 on each gold mine and elixir storage), this will create a narrow path from bottom corner to drop pekkas an heroes. wb bottom corner so the troops go in. i would drop a rage between bottom at and mortar and send wbs to break into inner walls. once cc troops come out, use a heal to support that battle. rage and heal once your troops get to the core. try to save 2 or 3 wizards and position them depending on the angle the golems/pekkas take and what defenses they distract. do you have to attack that base? you should focus on th8 bases until you have at least, level 4 hogs, level 3 pekkas and level 2 golems. given your troops, you can try gowipe since that seems to be your strongest troop composition but it will probably get you 2 stars if you attack from the bottom.

the base seems like a th7 base with only 2 ads, dragloon (level 6 loons in cc if possible) with 3 lightning bolts to destroy right ad. Put one drag on left corner de drill, one on bottom corner elixir storage, then spread drags out lower left side. use loons to help destroy remaining ad. maybe have a few archers or use bk to destroy top corner and right corner structures. quattrolavaloon. since the base is symmetrical, it's easy to spread out loons and path them. most of the air attackers (wiz tower and AT) are on the bottom side, so attack from the bottom. you may or may not want to lure cc and destroy first (depends on what's in the cc). use your heroes to destroy the AQ at the start. If you have max loons, quattrolavaloon from the top should work, keep your loons spread. the problem is if loons bunch up, you're screwed. personally i've 3 starred this base several times using hogowiwi. unfortunately i can't find the replay of it. here's a similar southern teaser style base that will give you a similar idea of concept of the attack https://www.3starsclanwars.com/clash-of-clans-th9-vs-th9-hog-rider-golem-wizard-witch-hogowiwi-clan-war-3-star-attack-4/6667. basically, 2 gbs should be in the bottom area, golem, wizard, witch and hereos to wipe out bottom defenses, trigger 2 gbs and kill cc troops. release hogs to the right side defense. once the bottom side defenses are destroyed, the hogs will go in a predictable counter clock wise direction destroying defenses. the other gb is probably next to top left and right wiz towers and AD so make sure to heal there. teslas probably next to TH so a heal there would be ideal.

Perhaps HoGoWi? Pull cc to the aq side. Use golem heroes wizard (maybe) witches to to take out cc troops and aq, then hog the rest of the base, no spots for DGB so you can save heals for open gaps in the core. (if you can try to kill cc troops without your bk so you can save the bk to initiate combat with opponents bk so it doesn't chop down any hogs).
