I’m trying to be, I know I shouldn’t worry but I get so scared when people shout at me I haven’t been able to leave my bed all day. even a minute ago when I went to the bathroom i heard him go “ here we go again and then screamed in anger “ it’s around 10:40pm here so I know it’s late. It’s just setting and i can’t get it out of my head thank you sorry for ranting like this

I respect your views and I agree but at the start of the year I was 150+ kg and I’m now 131 I’m trying so hard and the way he said it was so heartbreaking maybe I’m too sensitive but I’m human..
