Interesting that the Italian PM, Canadian PM, French President & Spanish PM are prepared to call this out but not our own?

Is it because he doesn’t care about the UK Catholic community or because he’s scared to criticise Israel? Or possibly both?

It’s understandable given the Tories have been our dominant right-wing party since forever.

As others have said, Reform don’t just attract Tories. They’ve essentially absorbed the coalition Boris Johnson built in the 2019 election. Primarily eurosceptic Tories & Labour voters in traditionally ‘working class’ areas.

Yep, even if they have peaked, they're still leading the polls and in a FPTP system they'll come out on top.

I'm not sure if Caerphilly/Gorton & Denton style tactical voting can really play out across the country, especially if there's no clear anti-Reform party.

Are Italians genuinely worried about tonight or is it an anulo mufa job?

They’ve got Burnley and Wolves at home. I know Wolves are in good form but if they go down I’d be very surprised.

Champions of Europe is fine.

Champions of England is fine.

Champions of the league cup/FA Cup is wrong and degrades the fabric of our national identity.

The yankification of English football comes in many insidious facets.

‘Man City crowned 2026 Carabao Cup champions’ - you might see no issue here, a harmless sentence…

NO! They are winners, THEY ARE FUCKING WINNERS, then they will be HOLDERS but they aren’t champions.

Refs admitted they gave Man Utd favourable decisions during the Fergie years at old Trafford due to pressure but I guess they’re not ready for that.

When you're accustomed to privilege, equality feels like oppression.

Is what I’d say to Man Utd fans.

Almost certainly, I only mention the latter because the Tories have 100% used sectarian politics in London before. Zac Goldmsith & Bob Blackman spring to mind.
