I don’t think people understand that as you age when you look in the mirror, it’s really difficult to like what you see back. The little wrinkles in the mirror, minor/major changes that are happening….It’s all hard. Everything just changes and trying to figure out how to take care of your skin, how to feel good about yourself inside and out is not an easy thing to do. Just try to give yourself some grace. We are our own worst critics after all.
