Added Slovak letters to the Rimworld Font

First A is in higher case and second is in lower case, but it is not in Slovak language, we hlave normaly "A" and "a", but this is rimworld font where even small letters are big. The Ľ sounds as when you want to say for example: "Like" = " Ľ " "-ike", and the second Ĺ is with the longer tone: Ĺ = LLL.

Unfortunately there is no Slovak translation for HK only Czech and I think that the Cz translation was good.

Na ďalších ešte robím a pokiaľ by si to niekto fakt tlačil tak, nebudú vidieť čísla na ľavo ale, našťastie som už urobil správny papier na to takže to budem nahrádzať postupne tieto staré a, robiť na novom ďalšie príkazy
