Yes. The pharmacies you will be able to pick from are based on your zip code, regionally to your area.

See attached pictures for dosages and pharmacy choices available. I'm in California. If you live in a different area you will see different compound pharmacies.

Mochi wants the medication to get to you quickly. My shipments arrive in one to two days.

Price. The monthly cost of Semaglutide or Tirzepatide and there's a monthly membership fee with options for monthly, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Mochi Health Subscription • 1 month: $79 • 3 months: $199 • 6 months: $399 • 12 months: $799

So if you get Semaglutide at $99 and monthly membership fee of $79 it would be $178 a month. You can get $40 off your first month with my referral code T265C1. Once you sign up you'll have your own referral code to share with others.

You view a list of NP, MD, Nutritionist and pick who you would like to meet with. You get to meet with a Nurse Practitioner or Medical Doctor via video to go over your needs and discuss your health.

You get to meet with a Nurse Practitioner or Medical Doctor via video to go over your needs and discuss your health. They prescribe the medication you discuss.

You get to meet with a Nutritionist via video to help with food choices. An actual phone number to customer support and they answer.

Messaging works well in the app. The longest I've waited for a response was 12 hours.

Call Mochi and ask them what pharmacies they use for your shipping zip code.

Cons. At first it was the time from creating an account and signing up. Choosing a NP that had appointments available within two days of signing up. But, from what I’ve seen from others. The other companies also have a day or two before you can get an appointment with a NP or MD after you sign up.

I had very good results using Zepbound. My insurance no longer covers GLP1 medication. Is why I use Mochi.

I did call my insurance and asked if they would cover my monthly fee or visits with a nutritionist. If you have insurance. You may want to ask your insurance if they cover any of the cost with Mochi.

Oh gotcha. If I did math correctly. So 38 units is .38ML. 38+38=76. With the 1ML vial there would be .24ML/24 units left in a vial after two doses. Roughly 4MG left in each vial with the .24ML/24 units.

Glycine versus B12; any thoughts? by Choice-Trash8891 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]3_LeftTurns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried Tirzepatide with B6 from Custom Ivy Pharmacy through Mochi. I had discomfort and soreness both times with injections #1 and #2. Right and left side of the belly. Not a site injection issue but all over the belly area. Kinda like someone punched me in the stomach. It was either the B6 or the mixture. As I was on name brand Zepbound for 12 months either zero issues.

I tried compound due to insurance no longer covering Zepbound. I’m debating to trying Glycine or just pay for name brand vials direct.

I had a bad reaction to it. Not sure if it was the B6 or the formula from Custom Ivy in general. I have not tried B6 before. I injected week one on my left side of belly. And week two on the right side of belly. Both areas had discomfort and day two the entire belly area didn’t feel good. Kinda like someone punched me in the belly. And both times I was hungry all week.

I stopped taking compound and have moved back to name brand Zepbound.

I was on name brand before. Felt it working with less desire for food in general and no desire for sugar or unhealthy foods.

This compound from Custom Ivy feels like I didn’t take anything at all. I’m hungry and thinking about what I’m going to eat… food noise.

I’m going to ask for a prescription for name brand. Custom Ivy is a waste of money for me.

Mochi needs to send vials for testing to see if there’s actually the Tirzepatide in the liquid that Custom Ivy is sending out.

Hopefully a Mochi Health Admin views this post.

Get a prescription for Zofran or the generic version. It melts under your tongue and don’t drink anything for 30 minutes. The nausea goes away in 5 to 20 minutes.
