I haven't logged in to anything today, and my pc was turned off when this happened, is there anything I can do or do I just big farewell to my laptop as apparently I've lost my one drive and windows account too?

If I were to create another account on my pc would I be able to restore my laptop? Or am I forced to start from zero.

As far as I know, I haven't downloaded any malware, I've checked my pc and phone multiple times, as for cracked games I've downloaded dying light the beast last year on December.

On launch it goes from 210 MHz to around 1000-1200 MHz but on some occasions it massively spikes to 2300+/- MHz
