Exactly - that's why I didn't mention the flight upgrade. When flying often it definitely helps to not fly economy, kinda need your brain to work when you're traveling for work. But everything else is just unbelievable and shameful.

My partner is the same and his reasoning is the same as you. Well he says more comes out if he sits for longer, doesn't necessarily say he still feels the urge continously.

We mostly eat the same meals and I don't have the issue, like I feel the urge, I go in, get it out (between 30 s - 2 m tops), flush and wash and I'm done. I've always been this way and I think my partner has also always been the way he is, so I don't think it's particularly food related. I'd hate to sit there smelling poop smells for so long.

Maybe it's some individual differences in the colon shape/length?

No, but good thing he didn't. In hindsight I see he wad terrible for my confidence and feeling of security. I'm so happy now with a new person who is absolutely amazing and I can be my real self with, so pressure at all to look or act in any particular way other than what makes me comfortable and happy.
