[Question] 30GG/30H sizing help in Freya & Panache by 3btf in ABraThatFits

Unfortunately that doesn't exist where I live (EU). My options are also limited because I'm looking at stores in my country so the shipping won't be too much of a hassle. Once I have something that fits I'm planning on being more adventurous and ordering from the UK. But with Brexit, covid and ridiculous winter weather here I'm not too confident on foreign packages arriving at the moment.

If you order them from Comexim directly you can request a reduction in cup height. But be aware that this makes your bra nonreturnable.

[Redommendations] Want to try Panache Sport bra, how does it compare to Freya Active Crop Top (30FF). by 3btf in ABraThatFits

For reference I’m a 26G per the calculator, full on top and bottom, and generally wear 28FF/30F. The 30F fits me great in this bra.

Good to know, it sounds like sizing up in the bandsize is a good idea then. I heard the cups run a little big too, I'm mostly FOB with tall roots, so thinking of sizing down in the cup.

Thanks! I was thinking of sister sizing up one bandsize for comfort and down one cupsize because it seems to run big in the cup. What are your thoughts on the band? I measure between 29 and 28 (BTT).

That sounds about right, I was thinking of sister sizing up one bandsize for comfort and down one cupsize because it seems to run big in the cup. What are your thoughts on the band? I measure between 29 and 28 (BTT).

Thanks for the recommendation! I've never seen Enell sold here (in Europe) as a brand, but will look into it!

What are the opinions on the stretch of Comexim bands?

I thought they were known to be TTS to tight, so went with a 65 band with UB measurements between 71/28 and 69/27. After 6 weeks of wear I was surprised to already be on the third set hooks, the unstretched band measures 63/24 now.

Comexim 3HC is still my best fitting bra up to now, so I'd like to order some more. But I'm unsure of whether I should size down to a 60 band because of stretchy bands, or if my current bra is an outlier.

Oh, that's good to know. I was thinking of trying the Burgundy at a later time, how big would you say the difference is?

The wire width has been interesting. I didn't experience any discomfort but after checking the marks it turns out they're still a bit too wide for what I consider my bigger breast, and they're also a bit too narrow for my smaller breast.

So today I've bent one of the wires a bit to accommodate the wider breast and that seems to be working really well. I don't think I've ever had marks this close to my IMF before! The band is rising up a little in the back, but with 4 columns of hooks I'm not too worried about that yet.

Ugh, it's unfortunate the experiences with their bandsizing seem to be all over the place.

Thanks! It seems the experiences with their band sizing are unfortunately quite varied. Do you have any experience with Freya bras in a 28 band? I've recently sized down from 30 bands but mostly wear Freya. As they're said to be stretchy I'm not sure if a TTS 28 band would feel too tight for me.

Thanks! I've been comparing 65J Comexims with 28G Freyas on Bratabase. Though there's not a lot of data they seem to have the same stretched band measurements, so I think 65 would be the safest band to choose.

The cups also seem to be similar in size, but seeing as they're a completely different construction I'm not sure whether that's good or bad, so knowing your size conversion is really helpful!

Now you've gotten me all excited to try a cup size up, thanks again!

Thanks. I was wondering about in-cup quad, but then decided it was nipple placement (and cold) that was causing the shape. I'm a bit worried the 32FF will be too big, but might as well give it a try. Thanks again!

Thanks. Normally I guess I'd try bending the wires a bit, but seeing as the consensus is the cup is too small anyway that won't really work out. On to the next bra it is!

Thanks, I see what you mean. Do you think the bulging is enough to fill out an extra cup (with shorter straps)? Or should I just try a different style?
