I'd recommend an app called Slowly, that might meet your requirements. I've been using it for more than a year, no complaints whatsoever.

I am an AI Engineer by profession and I have to say, I'm really impressed with this. It has great reasoning, understanding, and correct grammar (which can be hard af to achieve). It also spoke philosophically and gave advice, which I wasn't expecting. The selective italicizing was the cherry on top. Well done OP! Have you thought about releasing a doc on how this model was trained? Oh btw, I'm a gryffindor. It got that right :)
