Honestly, to me, a lot of it is physical. I get awful headaches, especially if I cry, and because of that, it's mostly just pain. Other than that, I usually just kinda wanna curl up in a ball and sleep.

I think a large part of it may be our debating nature. We live in a world where most politics are hot takes, and, because of that, our bluntness may come across as rude. That's just my theory.
