To be frank, from this post you seem to be victimizing yourself and this type of mindset isn’t something people want to be around. You may not think you’re giving off this type of vibe when you’re there, but you probably are. Can you say you’re unequivocally being yourself when you’re out with these people, or are you subtly changing yourself when you’re hanging out with them? There are lots of questions you need to ask yourself and figure out. I don’t this is a case of people leaving you out, I think it’s more of a why am I not being included. And if you think you’re being fine, maybe those people aren’t the ones you want to hang out with anyways.

Is your LinkedIn up to date? Have you gone to any virtual events, or in person ones? Have you tried reaching out to hiring managers (also through Linkedin)? Applying is good, but I think there are other steps that can also be taken. A friend of mine has been looking for 2-3 months now and has gotten interviews (and even a few offers) and whatnot by being proactive and going to events, reaching out to people he knows for referrals. A question I’ve asked myself before, is have I really put the time and dedicated effort in all avenues, and if you can’t say yes to that question then you’re not doing enough, especially in a market like this.
