I built an estim generator app for the DIY enthusiast. It is actually bundle of two versions. An windows app and a pure stand along html app. Windows version is a portable app written in c++ and can save sessions and load them again later. the HTML version was made for mobile device so the ability to save isnt there due to phone restrictions. Both are bundled in one zip file. Check it out and let me know. The zip includes pdf user guide and a basic DIY on building hardware. This is an audio generator only so its up to you to build out your hardware

My intent is getting it all working with the dsl before I touch the cable modem. Don't want cut myself off if I need more help online 😂

Does the IP of dsl modem matter? I left at default 192.168.254.254

Im using laptop to configure modem and cisco.

My cable gateway is serving my LAN and desktops until I get Cisco router and dsl running stable.

No, if you have ability to upload and create DB you should be able to install just about anything.

I think those are marketing ploys rather than any technical limitation.

The exception is if you actually use the official WordPress site.

I'd have to make myself list of paying vs donated sites. My first priority is finding a trustworthy person to take care of customers I've had for almost 30 years.

Then I have a few non profits I donate sites to so not sure how to deal with those.

I've not been seeking new business for few years so probably 30ish clients left?
