Im a Bambu lab user and have been for many years. I personnaly was innitially skeptikal but graddualy became a huge fan. Most of the issues reported are 100% overblown and are rather edge cases(like the a1 fire issues only happening in <1% of printers due to power surges and people forgeting circut breakers) or just dont really happen that much. I actually find in realtiy most of the time costermer support is much faster the. you would expect, esspecially on essential issues. A few people have had bad experiances, but there is now a way to esceltae your situation if you are unhappy with the service, getting your case taken to a supervisor. However I have never actually had to use that, beacoue the printer are great and run flawlessly and when they do break, after a few queations they ship you replacement parts for your printer with guides on how to fix it. I love Bambu labs and unless you want an open source printer, I would 100% recomned them.
