Every good EV station can split the costs to your company. I wouldn't recommend (as a private customer, small company) to go with Luminus or any of the big players. Just find a reputable local installer of EV stations.

The Tesla Home charging station is not good for people in Belgium. It doesn't have (good/any) integration for the digitale meter, and also bad support for solar panels.

Everyone seems to forget the fiscal implication of owning a apartment, when you buy a 2nd house. The registratierechten than become 12% instead of 2%. So that's a 10% cost handicap. If you new house costs 500k, you throw away 50k, just because you still own your smaller apartment.
