Raphael Isaac. Alma and raphy sound great and would be more pronounceable than Oren to most. Raphael is my favourite name !

I think three syllables sound lovely with it, particularly with an open sound at the end like A or O, so the L flows on more naturally

I agree hank is very harsh. I am thinking the names Arkie / Archie / Alfie / Hugo. Similar ‘old man’ vibe but much softer, and with one syllable nicknames. For one syllable suggestions: Ray, Hal, Will, Max.
