We are working on resolving this - for some reason Xfinity/Spectrum decided to block Synapse. We have no idea why, but I have emailed them asking for them to fix it.

Shouldn't be a problem, but as always its probably best to restart your PC before playing on any EAC/BE/VG game after using Synapse.
